The workman turned up over 1 hour late. It was agreed that the workman arrive 1pm he arrived after 2.30pm. He did not have all his tools as he asked me for a hammer. He appeared to be very inexperienced and slow Working He was also being directed over the phone by who Appeared to be his boss which made feel Very uncomfortable.
