Rapha was very polite and diligent worker, checked everything was with me and was okay before he installed. Got on with everything and felt very safe with him inside the house. Also a last minute urgent request turned around in 24 hours

The workman turned up over 1 hour late. It was agreed that the workman arrive 1pm he arrived after 2.30pm. He did not have all his tools as he asked me for a hammer. He appeared to be very inexperienced and slow Working He was also being directed over the phone by who Appeared to be his boss which made feel Very uncomfortable. The work was done to a poor standard Throughout the job he continued to loose parts and was extremely messy.
