  A skilled and reliable drainage engineer with strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex drainage issues. Not only did he resolve the immediate problem quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by checking all the pipes throughout the property to make sure there were no other hidden issues. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was really reassuring to see such attention to detail and genuine care for the work being done.   Helpful and reasonably priced.

  Gareth came to sort out a slow draining bathroom sink. He phoned on the way to let me know when he was arriving which was helpful and he arrived within the time frame he had specified. He was polite and helpful, quickly dealing with the problem and was very tidy and clean. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and the cost and he quickly sorted the problem out. I found his pricing to be very reasonable and would definitely use his service again and would happily recommend to others.

  Gareth and the team installed new drainage for me (new waste stack, chamber, groundworks etc). They were on time everyday, kept things tidy for my neighbours, advised on what I need to tell building control, and coordinated with my plumber who was installing the bathroom. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Gareth is brilliant!

  Gareth arrived early.. figured out the problem.. and fixed it. This was a recurring problem I’ve had…. And had 5 other plumbers and drain specialists.. give up. Gareth persevered with the camera in the drain stack and figured it out. I do believe.. the toilet is going to function as it should. I have his number kept safe.. should anybody I know ever has a drainage, blockage problem.
