  Gareth arrived early.. figured out the problem.. and fixed it. This was a recurring problem I’ve had…. And had 5 other plumbers and drain specialists.. give up. Gareth persevered with the camera in the drain stack and figured it out. I do believe.. the toilet is going to function as it should. I have his number kept safe.. should anybody I know ever has a drainage, blockage problem.

  Called out to a blocked outside drain. Was here within 30 minutes, with no call-out fee. Gareth explained the probable cause and the price over the phone. He then came out, cleared the blockage and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be happier.

  During a survey on a property I am in the process of buying the surveyor flagged a potential issue with the drainage. I spoke to Gareth who quickly attended and put those worries to bed. Communication was quick and clear, and I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend.

  Diligent and very helpful in seeking solutions to drainage problems

  I had a problem with flooding in my garden that affected my neighbours. Gareth came to the rescue, thoroughly checking several drainage channels to discover there was a blockage beyond my boundary and even visited neighbour to explain the findings to take the heat out of the situation. As the blockage is beyond my boundary he advised that I report the issue with Anglian Water. He worked diligently through pouring rain unreservedly to find solutions which I appreciate very much. Gareth is a real star and deserves much praise for his perseverance.
