They cleared a blocked drain and the camera survey showed that the drain was broken. They came back and replaced the broken section of drain. Everything was done at the agreed time and date and for the agreed price, with no mess and minimal disruption. They were professional throughout and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Gareth turned up on time asked what was required he got on with the job straight away explaining exactly what he was doing and showing me all the pictures from the camera as he worked he was polite and very tidy the charges were very reasonable i would highly recommend prime flow to anybody requiring his services

I had a blocked drain which was backing up sewerage.

Gareth came out that day and spent 2 hours in the dark and rain clearing my drain. He found manholes we didn’t know about and did a great job. I Would recommend to everyone.
