Prime flow arrived on time , & Gareth called beforehand to advise of time. Both Gareth & Charlie were polite, respectful, & informative. Gareth explained what was going to be done & gave the price beforehand, which was reasonable & competitive. They found lumps of concrete in our soil pipe, cleared them with jet hose, ensured both drains were clear, & replaced the drain covers. Prime Flow are a fantastic company. I had an urgent call and Gareth was on site sorting the issues within 5 hours which is just fantastic

They cleared a blocked drain and the camera survey showed that the drain was broken. They came back and replaced the broken section of drain. Everything was done at the agreed time and date and for the agreed price, with no mess and minimal disruption. They were professional throughout and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
