  The team at Prime building and construction offered sound advice and recommendations following the brief that we gave. Their communication was good and quality of work was excellent. The team are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and tidy, with nothing being too much trouble for them. We are very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

  Renew the existing roof and replace some timbers.

  The roof work was carried out to a very high standard. The workforce were polite, attentive, communicated well thought out the job and left the property clean and tidy. I would recommend Prime building and construction ltd without hesitation and would use them again on the next project. I would like to thank Ian and Oliver for the work they have done.

  Kitchen knock through and roof replacement

  First class service from the team at Prime Building. We had a kitchen knock through and new roof on our utility room. The work was completed to a very high standard. The guys were reliable, very friendly and great to deal with. Would highly recommend and will be using again in future!

  Roof refelt, chimney, more

  Ollie and his team were amazing. Ian was quick to respond and come over for a quote. He was respectful, thorough and explained all my options, considering my situation. He didn't treat me like some silly woman who doesn't know any better. Despite the weather being bad they tried to get the work in quickly. Putting up the scaffolding earlier so that they could come as soon as the rain stopped (I was not charged for this). I did pay a deposit, which was fair, and only once the work had started. They did a brilliant job and kept me fully updated. Will hire again! Highly recommend.

  Renewing the flat roof of a loft conversion badly done about 30 years ago.

  I had invited this company to assess the job as I had seen a very positive review about their work. Oliver ordered the scaffolding and work started when there was certainty of no rain for several days. After the old surface and boards were removed time was spent carefully planning the drainage route and fixing many additional tapered beams to support the new suface boards to have the correct direction of slope. Much checking was done using a long spirit level. A huge waterproof rubber carpet was glued down onto the new boards. Very satisfactory. All worked together, a very friendly team.
