I cannot rate the team at Prime highly enough. After doing extensive research we booked Prime to replace our roof, including flat roof, velux windows and fix a persistent leak caused by a previous poorly designed dormer. This included reconfiguring the window of the dormer and fitting shorter windows to ensure of an overlap between lead, cladding and windows. Ian, Ollie and all the team were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone

The team at Prime building and construction offered sound advice and recommendations following the brief that we gave. Their communication was good and quality of work was excellent. The team are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and tidy, with nothing being too much trouble for them. We are very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

The roof work was carried out to a very high standard. The workforce were polite, attentive, communicated well thought out the job and left the property clean and tidy. I would recommend Prime building and construction ltd without hesitation and would use them again on the next project. I would like to thank Ian and Oliver for the work they have done.

First class service from the team at Prime Building. We had a kitchen knock through and new roof on our utility room. The work was completed to a very high standard. The guys were reliable, very friendly and great to deal with. Would highly recommend and will be using again in future!

Ollie and his team were amazing. Ian was quick to respond and come over for a quote. He was respectful, thorough and explained all my options, considering my situation. He didn't treat me like some silly woman who doesn't know any better. Despite the weather being bad they tried to get the work in quickly. Putting up the scaffolding earlier so that they could come as soon as the rain stopped (I was not charged for this). I did pay a deposit, which was fair, and only once the work had started. They did a brilliant job and kept me fully updated. Will hire again! Highly recommend.
