  Bathroom floor and wall tiles fitted

  Doug was always on time and very tidy. He was knowledgable and careful with his work. We had marble tiles for the bathroom floor that needed fitting. As they are a natural stone they needed cutting carefully to avoid the edges splintering and Doug managed to carefully cut them. The wall tiles for the shower were also installed beautifully. Doug had options for grout and talked me through what he thought was best for the tiles we chose. Overall very happy. We would recommend Doug and will no doubt use him again for the next bathroom.

  Electric under floor heating and floor tiling

  Doug was recommended by another regular tradesman we use. We prefer to go with those recommended by tradesmen we know and trust. Doug was methodical, patient and well prepared and geared up for the job. He offered solutions. We are very happy with the standard of work. We had a new open plan extension on to our lounge and garden. We opted for electric under floor heating and tiles which work well with it. Doug provided solutions to smoothing the floor, insulation boards, levelling and tiling. We are very happy with the work conducted and would recommend his services.

  From start to finish Doug was very professional. Explaining what he was doing at each stage. Making sure we were happy with what he planned to do. Deserved a 11 if that was possible. So pleased with work Doug did.

  Highly professional results

  Doug did a fantastic job doing tiling jobs in our kitchen & cloakroom. He took a lot of care around planning the work and shared with us various options to consider and pros and cons of each. He was able to offer a number of permutations for the finish and guided us through the decision-making process. With the kitchen job, Doug was tasked with redoing the tiles that had been done by a handyman who had had a bit of tiling experience. The difference between the original look and Doug's work was amazing, he is clearly a master craftsman and the end result is very professional.
