I would highly recommend Doug. He was very responsive when first contacted and quick to come around to our property to quote. He was also able to provide pragmatic solutions to certain complexities with the job. On the day that Doug did the work he was on time, very clean and tidy and the work was carried out to an exceptional standard. He then cleaned up to the extent you would never have know he was there (apart from the new tiles on the wall!). We will likely use Doug again for other tiling work in the future.

Doug is very reliable and a very hard worker. He thoughtfully planned his tiling prior to making a start and discussed and agreed with me the details of how the room would be tiled. The result was perfect.

Doug communicated well with us from the get go, suggesting tile companies we could visit and what would work well in our kitchen. He did an excellent tiling job, consulting us along the way on any decisions that needed making and leaving the kitchen clean, tidy and looking fantastic. Would recommend!

Doug was always on time and very tidy. He was knowledgable and careful with his work. We had marble tiles for the bathroom floor that needed fitting. As they are a natural stone they needed cutting carefully to avoid the edges splintering and Doug managed to carefully cut them. The wall tiles for the shower were also installed beautifully. Doug had options for grout and talked me through what he thought was best for the tiles we chose. Overall very happy. We would recommend Doug and will no doubt use him again for the next bathroom.

Doug was recommended by another regular tradesman we use. We prefer to go with those recommended by tradesmen we know and trust. Doug was methodical, patient and well prepared and geared up for the job. He offered solutions. We are very happy with the standard of work. We had a new open plan extension on to our lounge and garden. We opted for electric under floor heating and tiles which work well with it. Doug provided solutions to smoothing the floor, insulation boards, levelling and tiling. We are very happy with the work conducted and would recommend his services.
