My mum had her stairlift serviced. She can't remember his name, but it was in East grinstead on Monday 30th December. She is so full of praise for his kind friendliness and professionalism. Phoned prestige stairlifts about our old stairlift Tim came out very quickly and had a look at it, but unfortunately he didn't think it was repairable he showed us a replacement second hand one and said he could fit it the same day. We agreed the price and true to word he was back just over an hour later, he was very professional and it didn't take him long to fit the new one. The engineer arrived on time and carried out a full service to the stairlift. He found one of the batteries was low and replaced them both, which solved the problem we were experiencing.
