10 To stairlifts for my front steps leading to the house

Customer Service Quality Value Tim from Prestige Stairlifts came to fit two stair lifts to my front steps leading to my house. I live in a bungalow, but I have a lot of steps to go up in order to get through the front door. Having these lifts is really going to improve things for me immensely. Tim worked all day to get the job done and managed to get both lifts fitted and working. He then took the time and trouble to explain how everything worked and watched to make sure that I knew how to operate everything. My mum had her stairlift serviced. She can't remember his name, but it was in East grinstead on Monday 30th December. She is so full of praise for his kind friendliness and professionalism. Phoned prestige stairlifts about our old stairlift Tim came out very quickly and had a look at it, but unfortunately he didn't think it was repairable he showed us a replacement second hand one and said he could fit it the same day. We agreed the price and true to word he was back just over an hour later, he was very professional and it didn't take him long to fit the new one.
