Following an initial query on Saturday Prestige arranged for a survey from their engineer Tim on Wednesday afternoon and a brand new stairlift was fitted by him in about 90 minutes on Friday. There was no fuss, he was very polite and tidy and explained the workings of the stairlift very clearly to my partner. Very competitive price boosted to other providers. I was recommended Prestige from a neighbour who recently had an installation. I can absolutely forward that recommendation - the team at Prestige have been brilliant. From my initial enquiry, through to the technical measurement and installation, all very smooth. They also came in about 20% cheaper than an alternative supplier. I had a question post-installation that the team answered quickly - you can tell they genuinely wanted to delight their customers. Customer Service Quality Value Tim from Prestige Stairlifts came to fit two stair lifts to my front steps leading to my house. I live in a bungalow, but I have a lot of steps to go up in order to get through the front door. Having these lifts is really going to improve things for me immensely. Tim worked all day to get the job done and managed to get both lifts fitted and working. He then took the time and trouble to explain how everything worked and watched to make sure that I knew how to operate everything.
