Following an initial query on Saturday Prestige arranged for a survey from their engineer Tim on Wednesday afternoon and a brand new stairlift was fitted by him in about 90 minutes on Friday. There was no fuss, he was very polite and tidy and explained the workings of the stairlift very clearly to my partner. Very competitive price boosted to other providers. Would highly recommend!

Customer Service Quality Value Tim from Prestige Stairlifts came to fit two stair lifts to my front steps leading to my house. I live in a bungalow, but I have a lot of steps to go up in order to get through the front door. Having these lifts is really going to improve things for me immensely. Tim worked all day to get the job done and managed to get both lifts fitted and working. He then took the time and trouble to explain how everything worked and watched to make sure that I knew how to operate everything. I am very impressed with Prestige, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Finally found a stairlift company that told me a price over the phone then ….popped out to measure up…..then fitted our stairlift on the day we wanted….wish we had found Prestige Stairlifts months and months ago instead of being bombarded with unwanted hard sell from other companies when all we wanted was a price no others would talk cost…
