Customer Service Quality Value Tim from Prestige Stairlifts came to fit two stair lifts to my front steps leading to my house. I live in a bungalow, but I have a lot of steps to go up in order to get through the front door. Having these lifts is really going to improve things for me immensely. Tim worked all day to get the job done and managed to get both lifts fitted and working. He then took the time and trouble to explain how everything worked and watched to make sure that I knew how to operate everything. I am very impressed with Prestige, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Finally found a stairlift company that told me a price over the phone then ….popped out to measure up…..then fitted our stairlift on the day we wanted….wish we had found Prestige Stairlifts months and months ago instead of being bombarded with unwanted hard sell from other companies when all we wanted was a price no others would talk cost…

The appointment was easy to arrange. The service engineer - Colin arrived early which was fine. He was polite and efficient. Told me how long it would take and fed back the results when he had finished.

My mum had her stairlift serviced. She can't remember his name, but it was in East grinstead on Monday 30th December. She is so full of praise for his kind friendliness and professionalism. She is 90 so this means a lot to her and her family. Thank you so much.

Phoned prestige stairlifts about our old stairlift Tim came out very quickly and had a look at it, but unfortunately he didn't think it was repairable he showed us a replacement second hand one and said he could fit it the same day. We agreed the price and true to word he was back just over an hour later, he was very professional and it didn't take him long to fit the new one. We would recommend prestige stairlifts to anyone we were so glad to have the new one fitted as my wife cannot climb the stairs very well, thank you Tim and prestige stairlifts.
