I stated a specific date on the original job for the work to be carried out and it's approximate location. After discussing the specifics of the job back and forth for 5 days I get told they cannot do the date I needed. Completely wasted my time (as well as their own) when I could have spent the time securing someone else who could've done the job.

The communication around the quote was fast, detailed and competitive. The team took the time to break the quote down into items and rang me to clarify a query. The installation was booked quickly (3 week turnaround which was explained on booking). The team that fitted were polite, friendly and informative about the installation. I felt very comfortable with them working in the house.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend! Billy and his team did a fantastic job fitting my new fireplace surround and hearth. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Ashley was working alongside him and didn’t stop, even in the heat – both of them really grafted and it shows in the end result. Billy also worked wonders on my existing insert – it looks absolutely brand new now! He gave honest, helpful advice and clearly knows his stuff. Genuinely a decent bloke, and it’s great to support a skilled local firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We have just purchased a home in Fulham, and our survey included several notes about the fireplace and the chimney cowlings. Billy and Ashley came by and took care of everything -- he cleaned and tested the fireplace, repaired a gas leak and fixed several loose cowlings. Billy spent quite a while helping me set up our Carbon Monoxide detectors and teaching me how to use the fireplace. It was a stellar experience.

These guys were fantastic to work with. They called in advance to let me know that they were running on time, they were courteous with shoes off going through the top floor apartment to access the roof. And they completed the work professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend.
