Billy who installed the fireplace was very professional and gave us lots of guidance with the aftercare and maintenance for the Fireplace. The installation was quick and very well done! Prestige provided a great service and my gas fire was back to its best in no time. Billy rang me on the way with an ETA and was exactly on time. He was friendly, helpful and full of information and advice on maintaining and using the fire. He left it in great condition, and cleaned and polished as well. I’ll be using them again.
