10 Mould condensation issue

Davey took time to explain the problem. He had a clear approach to the work and offered different solutions. His main aim was not only to resolve the problem but listen to the concerns I had. I felt confident in the company for both it's degree of professionalism but also the time that was taken to understand the customer.
