Dave was fantastic carrying out damp proofing at my Tyneside flat. He worked quickly, kept everything tidy and only recommended work that was actually needed. Very trustworthy and great value for money compared to other companies in the area. He’s also been really helpful with additional advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Can't begin to recommend Prestige/Dave enough. His attention to detail is second to none from the initial quote, he's pragmatic and doesn't do work that doesn't need done , but advises everything that is important to *solve* the damp- not just hide it like previous companies we've had! When working - communication was 11/10, and his work was incredible neat. We have a newborn baby and were worried about dust - he was so careful to keep things neat and tidy! The final product is great - really neat finish. The best bit is the quote was even competitive - and more reasonable ! - than others.

Davey took time to explain the problem. He had a clear approach to the work and offered different solutions. His main aim was not only to resolve the problem but listen to the concerns I had. I felt confident in the company for both it's degree of professionalism but also the time that was taken to understand the customer. Highly recommended.
