I wanted my underfloor heating serviced. The engineer (Barry I think?), was very efficient. He answered all my questions on the heating system and also provided advice and education on what I should look for. What an excellent company! I have been using Premium since I moved into my house 4 years ago so already knew that they were professional and reliable. For this reason, I chose them to refit my bathroom….one word… wow!!! Great communication with Barrie and Mandy…all of the chaps that came to do the various jobs required knew what was happening and when so I did not need to worry about project managing.
