They turned up on time, and completed the job promptly. The invoice matched their quotation and I am very happy with their attitude and professionalisim.

From the initial contact with the friendly and efficient office personnel, to the final visit and check by the also friendly and knowledgeable company owner, we received nothing but outstanding service. Communication was excellent at all times, and we were kept fully informed at all stages of the project. All engineers, etc, involved were punctual, considerate and accommodating, and highly capable & skilled in their specialist areas. We were delighted with the finished result. We would recommend Premium Heating & Plumbing unreservedly and without hesitation.

The routine maintenance carried out was of a high level of attention to detail. Care was shown in the work area, including dust sheets where required, Regular feedback on procedures being carried out was offered in an informative and friendly manner. Certainly I wouldn’t hesitate in using this service again.

Harry and Thierry arrived within the scheduled timeslot. They reviewed the work to be done and explained what it would involve. They advised me that they would need to shut off the water to all 13 flats in the building for around an hour so that I could notify the other residents. The work took slightly longer but they notified me about the delay. They completed the work and left the flat looking as it had before their visit, taking all their rubbish away. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

From start to finish the team were reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. They were so organised, making the fitting process fly by with no issues. I would highly recommend the team!!
