I wanted my underfloor heating serviced. The engineer (Barry I think?), was very efficient. He answered all my questions on the heating system and also provided advice and education on what I should look for. He thoroughly checked the system operation after serving.

What an excellent company! I have been using Premium since I moved into my house 4 years ago so already knew that they were professional and reliable. For this reason, I chose them to refit my bathroom….one word… wow!!! Great communication with Barrie and Mandy…all of the chaps that came to do the various jobs required knew what was happening and when so I did not need to worry about project managing. I am so pleased that I entrusted the company to create my beautiful bathroom. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased and satisfied with Premium Heating, Plumbing & Cooling, including Mandy in the office and especially the team that is cheerful and helpful and they are experienced engineers with the installation and completion work of our new boiler etc... This is a brilliant company! So kind and helpful, really responsive and carried out the work to an excellent standard. This was the first time I’ve used them and they will now definitely be my plumber of choice.

Cannot praise this company too much. Workman turned up on time, very friendly, very efficient and also very helpful in showing me how to set timer. As a pensioner efficient friendly services are very welcome.
