Job location: LU5There was a damp problem with one of the rooms in our house and Premier Damp control helped us fixing it. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, Ben is a great person he first came and inspected the property and explained what he is going to get done following the next days job was done perfectly. We have used this company previously and were very happy to use Ben’s services again. Here, Ben did two separate jobs: 1) Treatment of rising damp behind kitchen units 2) Complete replacement of the joists & sleepers in our timber sub-floor following damage to the structure. All jobs were completed efficiently and to high quality with excellent communication to us throughout. He has also responded to us quickly in instances where we have needed to follow up on continuing damp where ventilation was still causing an issue for us. Ben has carried out work due to damp build up and was timely and efficient in the way he carried out his work. Ben communicated well and delivered a quality service. Ben carried out other treatments and gave solutions of how to prevent build up of damp in the future. We also deal with timber preservation's including wood worm/dry & wet rot and can offer the options necessary for treating all these conditions.
We provide structural water proofing and specialised water proofed plastering along with damp proof courses and air flow unit installations.
We can supply complete floor replacements and cover all aspects of plastering.
Only using fully qualified and experienced trades people for all projects we take on.
From small patches of damp to complete hack off and re-plaster, no job is too small or too big for us!
Inspections/Investigations for the services we provide can be carried out and there is a charge for this, which will be refunded if work is carried out by ourselves.
