  Rising damp treatment & complete replacement of ground level sub-floor

  We have used this company previously and were very happy to use Ben’s services again. Here, Ben did two separate jobs: 1) Treatment of rising damp behind kitchen units 2) Complete replacement of the joists & sleepers in our timber sub-floor following damage to the structure. All jobs were completed efficiently and to high quality with excellent communication to us throughout. He has also responded to us quickly in instances where we have needed to follow up on continuing damp where ventilation was still causing an issue for us.   Wall repair caused by damp

  Ben has carried out work due to damp build up and was timely and efficient in the way he carried out his work. Ben communicated well and delivered a quality service. Ben carried out other treatments and gave solutions of how to prevent build up of damp in the future. This is the 2nd time I've used Ben and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  Utility Room condensation

  Initially called as thought I might have a damp issue, Ben came and investigated and assured me there was no damp, the problem was caused by condensation due to temperature and poor air circulation. He came up with a plan of action to resolve, answered all my questions and quoted a price. Ben returned a few days later and did a good neat job of fitting an air pacifier unit, removing the build up of mould and again patiently answering my questions. Very pleased with the service provided.
