I contacted Ben whilst abroad, it was a bank holiday weekend. I needed a company to urgently complete a damp survey on a property we were buying. The timescales were very tight. Ben communicated very well and was very accommodating in understanding our needs. The report was very clear. Damp was found and Ben completed it within a few weeks of the report being done. We exchanged last week and complete this Friday. Thank you so much Ben. I would highly recommend and what a great service. I don’t write reviews, but felt the service we received from Ben deserved a mention. Thank you again Ben.

Premier Damp Control damp proofed quite a large area of my kitchen. Excellent all round - great communication, standard of work and general care of the space (protecting rest of space from dust). I was dreading having the work done but Ben made it as painless as these things can be!

Ben was very professional and explained his findings throughout his investigation. I really appreciated him putting on shoe covers to keep my flat clean.
