Ben was very professional and explained his findings throughout his investigation. I really appreciated him putting on shoe covers to keep my flat clean.

There was a damp problem with one of the rooms in our house and Premier Damp control helped us fixing it. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, Ben is a great person he first came and inspected the property and explained what he is going to get done following the next days job was done perfectly. Would recommend him to anyone that deals with damp problems!

We have used this company previously and were very happy to use Ben’s services again. Here, Ben did two separate jobs: 1) Treatment of rising damp behind kitchen units 2) Complete replacement of the joists & sleepers in our timber sub-floor following damage to the structure. All jobs were completed efficiently and to high quality with excellent communication to us throughout. He has also responded to us quickly in instances where we have needed to follow up on continuing damp where ventilation was still causing an issue for us. Ben has carried out work due to damp build up and was timely and efficient in the way he carried out his work. Ben communicated well and delivered a quality service.
