Job location: DT9I am a returning customer. I had a new stair carpet fitted and I am very pleased. Ash who fitted the carpet was very knowledgeable, helpful and done an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Southwest Premier Carpets and will use them again in the future.10 CARPET FITTING

Ash has been brilliant from the start, explaining everything and worked with me to pick out what I liked. Vinyl in the bathroom, carpet for upstairs and then laminate for downstairs. All work was carried out to a high standard! I'm very happy and pleased with everything and I am having Ash come back to do my kitchen. Ash laid my vinyl flooring in my bathroom. He was helpful and responsive throughout. I received a quote quickly and a date was booked to do the job in a timely manner. Ash's communication from the start was excellent. Very polite and professional. From choosing the carpets to being in my home and fitting the carpets. He was easy to talk to and mindful of his surroundings. ( I have 3 dogs and a small granddaughter that needed negotiating at times.) Both days he was here he always left my house very clean and tidy after his work. He was extremely professional and clearly knew his craft. He has also fitted some carpet in a lounge and a kitchen / bathroom flooring in the past and always did an incredible job. We are a well established local independent flooring company with over 20yrs experience between myself Mark and business partner Ashley, with a vast knowledge of all the products we supply and fit. We pride ourselves on our repeat customers and recommendations as we feel this is the corner stone of any business.
Our aim is to help the customer have a smooth tranistion between your old and new flooring, so much so you dont need to leave the comfort of your own home and put up with any pushy salesman. Either myself or Ashley will happily come out to your property with a range of samples for you choose from. This has a number of benefits -we have the chance to look and measure the area that require's new flooring - you have the opportunity to check the colour against any new decorating - also any questions or issues you want us to look at while we are there can be easily addressed.
