Ash has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He managed to match new carpet to existing one perfectly, was able to fit his work around our needs, left the place clean and tidy and all of that while staying professional and reasonably priced. Job was to level the subfloor before fitting new click tiles. Floor had a large hump in it due to previous builder Ashley put down the latex, but the hump remained, you could put a 2m spirit level on the hump and it would rock from side to side. He did try to sand it down but gave up saying it was within tolerance. Spoke to floor supplier who said that was not the case and the level was unacceptable. Ashley left site, didn't complete other works, which he did not charge us for but did reduce his invoice, just had another contractor who took up floor and levelled it properly, no hump!Verified reviewerJob location: DT1010 Carpet Fitting

I got in touch with Premier Carpets after I got a quote from Carpet Right which had loads of hidden add on costs. Ash was quick to respond and get a quote done, which was much more reasonable. We are a well established local independent flooring company with over 20yrs experience between myself Mark and business partner Ashley, with a vast knowledge of all the products we supply and fit. We pride ourselves on our repeat customers and recommendations as we feel this is the corner stone of any business.
Our aim is to help the customer have a smooth tranistion between your old and new flooring, so much so you dont need to leave the comfort of your own home and put up with any pushy salesman. Either myself or Ashley will happily come out to your property with a range of samples for you choose from. This has a number of benefits -we have the chance to look and measure the area that require's new flooring - you have the opportunity to check the colour against any new decorating - also any questions or issues you want us to look at while we are there can be easily addressed.
