I am a returning customer. I had a new stair carpet fitted and I am very pleased. Ash who fitted the carpet was very knowledgeable, helpful and done an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Southwest Premier Carpets and will use them again in the future.

excellent work, prompt, tidy, would recommend, would use again

Ash has been brilliant from the start, explaining everything and worked with me to pick out what I liked. Vinyl in the bathroom, carpet for upstairs and then laminate for downstairs. All work was carried out to a high standard! I'm very happy and pleased with everything and I am having Ash come back to do my kitchen. I highly recommend Ash, and he will be my first call if I ever need any more work carrying out.

Ash laid my vinyl flooring in my bathroom. He was helpful and responsive throughout. I received a quote quickly and a date was booked to do the job in a timely manner. Ash did a brilliant job and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for a reliable and trustworthy flooring company.

Ash's communication from the start was excellent. Very polite and professional. From choosing the carpets to being in my home and fitting the carpets. He was easy to talk to and mindful of his surroundings. ( I have 3 dogs and a small granddaughter that needed negotiating at times.) Both days he was here he always left my house very clean and tidy after his work. He was extremely professional and clearly knew his craft. He has also fitted some carpet in a lounge and a kitchen / bathroom flooring in the past and always did an incredible job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
