  Due to the heat 🥵 it's been unbearable, Steve and Joe installed a complete air conditioning split system in our house, now we can sleep at night, excellent workmanship, very tide and the company goes above and beyond the price was very competitive aswell Thank you steve

  Top Quality Bathroom's Fitted

  Steve & his team have done two bathrooms for us that were finished to a very high quality. His team worked hard to complete the job within a timely fashion & it was a smooth process from the initial quote to the work being completed. Steve checked in regularly & made sure standards were constantly adhered too & that we were completely satisfied with the work done. I would definitely recommend!

  Gas safety check and inspection

  We called Preferred Group for a gas safety check. Steve recently visited our new mobile catering van and went above and beyond to help us out. He not only offered valuable insights into our setup and safety measures but also carried out a few essential tests pro bono! Such a genuine and thoughtful professional — incredibly thorough with the details and specifications of our van. His advice has given us great confidence as we get ready for events!   OIL BOILER INSTALLATION.. Fantastic from start to after sales service!

  Steve and his team advised the best option for a brand new heating system. We had an external oil boiler and new internal pipes. The whole system is fantastic and I’m so pleased. What shines through is the post installation services.. if I have any questions or I’m unsure about how something on the system works, I contact Preferred Group and I get replied to within minutes and the queries are answered very quickly.
