  Would highly recommend Preferred Group.   Clear Quotes, Excellent Work Done

  Preferred Group gave me a detailed quote in relation to the specific things I needed sorting (new stopcock, fixing and issue with the toilet cistern filling way too fast, and identifying a possible leak). They arrived within the scheduled time and were quick to get to work installing the new stopcock and sorting the issue with the toilet. In relation to the potential leak they narrowed down the cause and I now know that it js an issue with the connection to the water meter on the street which the water company is sorting. I'm very happy with the service provided, I will use them again.

  Not all heroes wear capes

  Steve was our knight in shining armour the last 24 hours after our boiler decided a working pump was optional. Always responsive and looking for the best outcome for us. I don’t believe we’d have had a better service anywhere else.
