Excellent service from Preferred Plumbing today. After getting home from holiday at 4am, we discovered that our toilet had developed a significant leak which had spread beyond our flat and into the shared lobby area. We were also concerned that water had begun affecting neighbouring walls, making it a stressful situation that needed urgent attention. We called Preferred Plumbing at 10:30am. My partner had managed to replace most of the faulty parts himself to reduce the leak, but as he’s not a plumber there were still issues we couldn’t identify or fully resolve. We recently had a rain shower installed and were very happy with the service provided. Communication throughout was excellent, especially around timings and appointment updates. We also appreciated the clear explanation of the available options, along with the pros and cons of replacing our normal shower. The installation was carried out efficiently, and the service person was polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. Overall, a smooth and positive experience — highly recommended.
