Jack the plumber was very helpful, he came to have a look a our radiators to confirm that the new valves would fit before arranging a date for the fitting, he was friendly and did a great job replacing the old valves he was quick and tidy and we were happy with work that was done, would be happy to use PPS again.

previous plumber claimed leak coming from pipe underneath tiles. jack quickly identified this not case and did speedy repair, coming on same day. v reasonable cost

Good service from beginning to end. Gave me some advice on what I needed to do before I could get the installation done. Gave me a one hour window and arrived on time. Polite, proffessional and friendly engineer. Took time to level out the cooker as my floor was uneven. Good price aswell considering they did the work on a Saturday. I would use them again.
