  previous plumber claimed leak coming from pipe underneath tiles. jack quickly identified this not case and did speedy repair, coming on same day. v reasonable cost

  Repairing fridge freezer

  Raymond replaced gas in fridge freezer which stopped working. It improved for a bit but then broke completely after 2 months. Not that surprising as it's 14 years old. Raymond offered to refund me no questions asked. V reasonable.
