  Blocked drain

  Called PDS out to check for a blocked drain. Had 2 chaps come the same day and inserted a camera into drain. I was very impressed with the speed at which my request was dealt with. The chaps were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend and certainly use Precise Drainage Solutions again if needed

  Outstanding work and very friendly

  Stephen is the engineer came from PDS to repair my blocked toilet this morning. He found out the root cause of the problem within no time and the job was professionally done within 10 minutes of visit. He walked me through the process and the details. He took extra care inspecting after the repair to make sure everything is perfect. Overall with PDS my problem was solved with all the friendly and prompt service.

  Efficiency, polite & no weekend extra charges

  I would not hesitate to recommend Precise Drainage to anyone. They came out on a Sunday at no extra charge, with two very professional experts who tackled the blocked soil pipe in the bathroom with ease. Polite, quick and left the house nice and clean. As a woman on her own I felt confident and will use them again.

  A very professional and helpful company.

  The blockage in the pipe was identified quickly and sorted by the professional engineer. All personnel that I had contact with were very knowledgeable, helpfulI and polite. I would use this company again.
