  Intermittent hot water

  I was recommended PPM by a neighbour for an intermittent hot water issue. Derek attended and checked the issue and advised the repair should still be covered by the manufacturer and it was he saved me a repair bill. Thank you!

  Professional, competent and highly skilled

  It was a complicated job and took some time to resolve. Throughout the job Derek kept me updated with the processs and was accommodating to the tenants in occupation at the property. He was not at all flustered throughout the works as he had a firm grasp of what needed to be done. I would not hesitate in using Ppm again.

  Radiators replacement

  PPM replaced 9 radiators for a house refurbished project and working with them was a terrific experience. Communications with Derek were excellent and he was able to guide me on sizing and sourcing, the overall service very efficient. Alfie the fitter was also terrific, knew his stuff and v. professional. Would highly recommend.
