PPM provided me with an up front estimate and detailed the likely cost and duration. Our engineer Derek arrived on time, and carried out the work as agreed to time and cost. Derek was very tidy and courteous, he also provided me additional advice and tips to show me things I can do to maintain my heating system between services. I was very impressed with the whole experience! I will recommend PPM to friends and family (in fact I already have)! 10/10 A+
