  Richard has been our go-to person for plumbing and boiler issues for about 2 years now. Ours is a relatively old property with not the most modern equipment, and we have had a few issues with our heating (Viessmann boiler) over the years. Richard's work has always been highly competent, reliable, tidy, affordable, competitive, and his advice, pragmatic. He takes pride in his work, communicates really well, goes beyond the brief, and has never pushed us in the direction of spending unnecessarily. These are the some of the qualities Richard brings to his service, that make us go back to him.
