Brilliant service. Efficient and toilet is now working as good as new!

I needed advice on a redundant gas pipe. Richard arrived promptly and was able to remove and run safety checks, having explained it would be a relatively quick job. Very professional. Would recommend.

Richard has been our go-to person for plumbing and boiler issues for about 2 years now. Ours is a relatively old property with not the most modern equipment, and we have had a few issues with our heating (Viessmann boiler) over the years. Richard's work has always been highly competent, reliable, tidy, affordable, competitive, and his advice, pragmatic. He takes pride in his work, communicates really well, goes beyond the brief, and has never pushed us in the direction of spending unnecessarily. These are the some of the qualities Richard brings to his service, that make us go back to him.

He arrived on time, didn't stop until the installation was finished and checked. He left NO mess and tidied up before he left. Now that I have found a good plumber I will keep him for any future work.
