  Bathroom refit, radiator work

  We asked Reece to help us with a bathroom refit, radiator replacements and a ceiling leak. He was very professional - friendly, polite and on time. He was communicative and gave clear and thoughtful explanations for the work that had to be done. Reece was tireless in finding solutions to problems and actioning them, he really cared about getting things right. The work done was of a high quality and we’d recommend him to anyone.

  Re-sealing kitchen & bathroom sinks. Replacing shower panel.

  We had a very good experience with Potters Home Improvements. The jobs were carried out with a lot of thought & care. Everything was left tidy with clear instructions on when we could use these areas once the sealants had set. Potters home improvements were friendly & respectful & I would use them again & would recommend them to friends & family.

  Leak detection/tap replacements

  I contacted Reece regarding an unexpected leak in my kitchen ceiling. We scheduled a visit the next day to investigate the issue and a further day for the leak to be fixed. Reece was so kind and friendly and kept me in the loop whilst identifying the source of the leak and fixed this with ease even though it was not straight forward. Reece also installed all new taps in my kitchen and bathroom, and even helped me to select much more modern ones than I chose initially! He was very tidy and made sure everything worked perfectly! I am so glad I chose Reece to help with my home improvements!

  6 new radiators

  From start to finish Reece was friendly and communicated at every stage from quote to completion. He took time to explain and recommend changes to the existing system which has proved to be a benefit. In all areas where work was completed, he kept the space tidy and cleared up as he went. I'd recommend his work to anyone and everyone. Thanks for the great job!

  Fitting Kitchen Tap

  I had a persistent issue with a severely leaking tap. I reached out to Reece at Potters Home Improvements, and he was extremely approachable and professional. He recommended purchasing a replacement tap online with a 5+ year warranty, which I did. The tap arrived the next day, and Reece promptly installed it the following day. The service was efficient and exceeded expectations. I will certainly use them again in the future.
