Reece supplied and fitted a new outside tap due to the previous one having a leak. He is very friendly and professional and was flexible in terms of fitting the job in around my availability. Would highly recommend and I will use Reece again

Kitchen tap and outside tap

Reece was very punctual and professional. He advised me on what kitchen taps were good and the different styles. He came when he said he would and did a quick tidy job. Would use again for our bathroom next year.
We asked Reece to help us with a bathroom refit, radiator replacements and a ceiling leak. He was very professional - friendly, polite and on time. He was communicative and gave clear and thoughtful explanations for the work that had to be done. Reece was tireless in finding solutions to problems and actioning them, he really cared about getting things right. The work done was of a high quality and we’d recommend him to anyone.
We had a very good experience with Potters Home Improvements. The jobs were carried out with a lot of thought & care. Everything was left tidy with clear instructions on when we could use these areas once the sealants had set. Potters home improvements were friendly & respectful & I would use them again & would recommend them to friends & family.

Move and installation of a radiator.

Reece was really helpful with advice as to what I needed before he arrived. He did the job to a high standard and in good time. Highly recommended 👌
I contacted Reece regarding an unexpected leak in my kitchen ceiling. We scheduled a visit the next day to investigate the issue and a further day for the leak to be fixed.
Reece was so kind and friendly and kept me in the loop whilst identifying the source of the leak and fixed this with ease even though it was not straight forward.
Reece also installed all new taps in my kitchen and bathroom, and even helped me to select much more modern ones than I chose initially! He was very tidy and made sure everything worked perfectly!
I am so glad I chose Reece to help with my home improvements!
