    UPVC FRONT DOOR LOCK NOT WORKING.

    Had a problem with the front door lock, could not open to exit or enter the house, called Positive Locksmiths Ltd Slough. Spoke to Ali explained the situation to him , within 30 mins Ali was at the house , assessed the situation explained was was requiered to gain access to the house, this was done without causing any damage to the door or doorframe, on further investigation it was found the the dooklock gearbox was broken, new part ordered and fitted the next day, checked lock was working and realligned front door, great service and very proffesional many thanks Ali. Highly Recommended
