Efficient, prompt and explained everything really well I also had an additional issue with a broken hinge on the door which needed a lock replaced, Ali helped to fix that as well, saving me hundreds in needing a new door Would definitely recommend for all your locksmith needs & will use again.

Ali was super helpful and friendly, even waiting for me to phone back to confirm an appointment even though it was a busy night. He was there within 40 minutes as promised late at night and the issue was solved quickly. He then took the time to explain why what happened happened and advised me on how to fix it, even sending me a text message to explain the problem to my landlord. He was at no point pushy to upsell, or to fix it there and then and genuinely seemed concerned and to care. Would 100% recommend. Thank you :)
