  Problem with the electric water boiler thermostat

  John was great . Very flexible re timing / dates etc and got on with the job and didn’t make it more complex than it needed to be (I know nothing about boilers so he could have easily ) . Very polite and knowledgeable and gave me some tips in regard to the general issue of it were to happen again .

  Replaced fault shower head/cable and fixed gas boiler which wasn’t working at all

  Sunny arrived at the time he said (and texted just before ) . He assessed both jobs very quickly (ie no umming and arring ) and just got to both straight away (including going out to get parts etc ) . Checked everything before he left and left all tidy . Very friendly and professional approach
