10 Glass roof panel replacement & sealing

Job location: BN15Just before Christmas Dan & Matt did a great job in awful weather replacing the broken glass roof panel and ensuring the damaged roof was watertight. Cost £430 As agreed they returned in January to provide extra trims to strengthen the structure and also to fit new flooring. 1.33 Job was half done and then disappeared with little to no response.

Started off great, came and done some of the work, but then he added on extra part to the job after the initial quote, said he needed to come back and finish the job. We sincerely apologise for your experience. Leaving work incomplete and failing to communicate properly is not acceptable, and we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, though not your fault, but a lot of things happened on the lead up to Christmas and we were held back on a lot of our work. Then we took 16 days off over Christmas as my business partner was out of the country. This is not the standard we aim to provide. 9.67 Replacing damaged glass panel in porch roof

Dan visited our property to provide a quote, which meant he fully understood our concerns and noticed things that were definitely contributing to the leaks, in addition to the damaged glass. Dan and Matt worked in dreadful weather to complete the work. Their attention to detail is excellent. Dan have changed our broken windows it was a big job . 10 windows has changed . He is amazing very professional ve efficent also really fruendly person . First time used this company, the 3 things that impressed me most.. 1) communication - responded quickly to my enquiry, turned up on time. On the day clarified they understood the problem and then answered my questions with clear explanations, which made me feel reassured. 2) problem Solving - issue was leak from upvc window frame, which was complicated by poorly installed window, a solution was sort and actioned. Resealing two windows and unblocking the drainage channels. With a successful outcome. 3) Engaging Personalities - both Dan and Matt making for a good experience.
