Nayan was great. We had some issues with the App (not his fault), but he came back on a couple of occasions to sort it out. Professional and courteous. Alarm is now all up and running. Recommended.

Nayan contacted me immediately and made arrangements to come same day to do survey for replacement alarm system. Having checked the existing system, he was very honest with us with replacing it and additional add-ons we can have with options. Quote was followed within 2 days and although the quote was reasonable, I decided not to replace existing alarm as it was working fine. I would definitely recommend PN Electronics if one is either replacing or thinking of installing a new alarm system for their honesty and efficiency in answering my questions.

PN advised me on a system that would be right for my property. They installed it when they said they would and they explained everything to me to ensure that I can operate it. They are also available if I need any help or have difficulty with something. I would recommend them.

Did not start off very well with some strange and very expensive quotes and I was prepared to go elsewhere. He apologised and said that there had been a mistake. He requoted a reasonable price. Carried out the work efficiently and on time and is pleasant to deal with.
