  Outstanding alarm upgrade and installation – highly recommend Nayan and Tag

  Excellent service from Nayan and Tag. They carried out a fairly involved alarm upgrade for me, including SmartCom installation, control panel replacement, keypad relocation, PIR installs, and a new sounder. Despite some unforeseen issues along the way, they were extremely responsive and came back multiple times to make sure everything was completed properly. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. They were also genuinely kind and considerate throughout, which made a big difference.
