10 I needed my alarm system checking as I had a fault.

I contacted PM security and had a quick response to my message, they were able to come out the following day and sort out a problem I had with my alarm and offered some good advice. Good communication. Arrived on time. Paul was recommended by friends and didn’t disappoint. His knowledge of alarm and CCTV systems was obvious. He came along as planned on 2 occasions -one for the alarm system and the other for the CCTV - and did a great job fitting and explaining the installation. Excellent job, undertaken very efficiently. Explained what he was doing, very knowledgeable. Refitted the Video Doorbell which was not initially in the scope of work for no extra cost.
