  Paul arrived as arranged and from the start he was helpful, knowledgeable and happy to explain all the things we needed to know about our home security, both the home alarm and the rather complicated camera arrangement. We are happy that he is taking over the maintenance of our system. His pricing is very reasonable for his time and expertise.

  Gentleman arrived as agreed then proceeded to complete a very thorough survey of my entire household security system. No faults found but replaced battery which was approaching the end of its shelf life. A very impressive process.

  Reliable and friendly alarm fitter.

  I first met Paul when I place an add on check a trade to disarm my old alarm system while builders were in. Paul responded within the hour and arrived the same day to complete the work. I was so impressed with his manner, I arranged for him to fit a new alarm system. This was carried out quickly and Paul did a great job and cleaned up before he left. He has a very approachable manner and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an alarm fitted.

  I needed my alarm system checking as I had a fault.

  I contacted PM security and had a quick response to my message, they were able to come out the following day and sort out a problem I had with my alarm and offered some good advice. Good communication. Arrived on time. I would recommend this company and I will be using them again in the near future.
