I first met Paul when I place an add on check a trade to disarm my old alarm system while builders were in. Paul responded within the hour and arrived the same day to complete the work. I was so impressed with his manner, I arranged for him to fit a new alarm system. This was carried out quickly and Paul did a great job and cleaned up before he left. He has a very approachable manner and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an alarm fitted.

I contacted PM security and had a quick response to my message, they were able to come out the following day and sort out a problem I had with my alarm and offered some good advice. Good communication. Arrived on time. I would recommend this company and I will be using them again in the near future.

Excellent job, undertaken very efficiently. Explained what he was doing, very knowledgeable. Refitted the Video Doorbell which was not initially in the scope of work for no extra cost. Outlined the costs and options available for servicing and upgrading the alarm system. Reasonable cost for work overall.
