Paul came to fit an electric shower for me. Communication prior involved me sending a few images of the old unit, and showing proposed replacement units to confirm viability. Paul turned up when he said he would, and completed the install to a good standard. Shall happily recommend him, and will be booking in a boiler service shortly also. Thanks Paul!
