Very pleased with combi boiler installation work to replace existing tank system. Impressed with efficiency and attention to detail with requirements. The work was completed tidily and all scrap and waste cleared. Now have fully working heating and hot water supply. Couldn't ask for more.

I had my annual boiler service carried out by Mickey. As with all previous work the service was excellent & all work was completed efficiently. I would recommend Plumr Ltd for all central heating & plumbing work.

Whilst servicing the boiler, the engineer made a number of personal phone calls in which he was profusely swearing loudly. Not ideal given my husband was at home on meetings all day. The Plumr engineer flagged as part of the service that the gas valve on our new Bosch boiler was faulty. Having waited in all day for the Bosch engineer to attend, the Bosch engineer couldn't find any fault at all in the gas valve and couldn't for the life of him imagine what the Plumr was thinking. I emailed a complaint to the owner of the company but she ignored it.

We have used Plumr for many years to service the boiler but also for many miscellaneous plumbing jobs, including fitting a new cloakroom toilet. Yesterday Mickey was punctual as ever, and sorted out a number of plumbing problems around the house, as well as servicing the boiler. I have always been completely satisfied with his work for us. As a company they are a pleasure to deal with.
