  Bathroom and en-suite complete refurbishment

  From our first meet meeting Dale was friendly and approachable, He helped us make decisions with good humour and patience but with no pressure whatsoever. The project ran smoothly from start to finish with tradesmen and deliveries turning up at exactly the right time. Dale pays great attention to detail and takes great pride in his work, the final result bears testament to this. He went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction and we really appreciated this excellent customer service.

  New radiators and valves

  Dale did a great job designing and replacing our downstairs cloakroom so when we had issues with our radiators I knew who to contact. He replaced six radiators for us and fitted new thermostatic valves as ours didn't work. He arrived on time and did the job with no mess or leakage at all. Everything is working brilliantly. I have no hesitation in recommending Dale for heating/plumbing/bathroom work.

  This is the 2nd time I have used Dale, he fita bathroom in my previous home, I was so impressed with the result I decided to use him again Dale goes above and beyond in achieving “the bathroom” you want, his expert knowledge & guidance in suggesting ways to improve & enhance the overall look is second to none. Dale arrives on time, is friendly yet very professional, every aspect of the job is taken care of insuring the customer enjoys a stress free time & ultimately left with a fabulous bathroom!! All rubbish was taken away…. Simple Excellent
