From our first meet meeting Dale was friendly and approachable, He helped us make decisions with good humour and patience but with no pressure whatsoever. The project ran smoothly from start to finish with tradesmen and deliveries turning up at exactly the right time. Dale pays great attention to detail and takes great pride in his work, the final result bears testament to this. Dale did a great job designing and replacing our downstairs cloakroom so when we had issues with our radiators I knew who to contact. He replaced six radiators for us and fitted new thermostatic valves as ours didn't work. He arrived on time and did the job with no mess or leakage at all. Everything is working brilliantly. I have no hesitation in recommending Dale for heating/plumbing/bathroom work.
