  Replacing of electric shower unit

  Poor craftsmanship/Unfinished Paid Jobs

  Nice guy but poor workmanship/ customer relation for my 2 unfinished jobs, advised tradesman to lower pressure of the hot bath tap after he finished my bath/basin taps while he was in his van downstairs stationary he was making excuses to not come back at all to amend problem, I had a extractor fan to be changed, called his electrician friend week later, I bought the wrong fan in-which I was advised & acknowledge, no ducting done, grille as pre-agreed, his electrician took out current fan wire, face plate is unscrewed I'm left with no fan and he says electrician done his job I paid for.   Wael helped replace the bath tap and also install a hand held shower in our bathroom. He was punctual and very professional from the beginning. He was very transparent about the issues he found with the bathtub and the tile floor and always consulted with me before taking any action. Overall very happy with the results and will happily recommend him to anyone.

  Concealed toilet cistern flush needed replacement

  Wael did a fantastic job fixing a tricky toilet flush issue. Other plumbers might have removed the toilet, but he found a clever solution without needing to. He explained the problem clearly, kept me updated, and worked efficiently. Great communication, professional approach, and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll definitely be using Wael again and highly recommend his services.
