Wael was absolutely fantastic. He came out promptly on a Friday for an emergency boiler repair and had it fixed within the hour. Communication was clear throughout and the price was reasonable. I was so impressed, I asked him back the following week to fix our leaking toilet. Again, he provided a flexible, efficient service and did an incredibly thorough job. Highly recommended!

Wael was fantastic and helped us late on a weekend evening - he assessed the problem within minutes over a very understanding and detailed phone call and arrived 30 minutes later with the necessary tools. He completed the job in no time at all and explained the process and advice. A very nice man.
I noticed that water was leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Two hours after I first called Wael (on a Saturday!) he arrived, and half an hour after that he'd fixed the issue. He's an absolute star, and I've saved his card for the next time we have a plumbing issue.
