  While the quote was slightly higher than some others, Macaulay was a highly competent plumber. Friendly, efficient, and managed to fit the radiatir valve replacement in at the end of a long day. I was particularly impressed with the care taken to ensure my house was left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the work.

  Fixing a leak on my kitchen sink.

  I was contacted, after requesting a response, very quickly and given an estimated time that very same afternoon. I was thrilled that the job was done and completed very quickly. The work undertaken was done expertly and cleanly. I am extremely pleased with the work done and reassurances that if there were any issues these would be resolved just as quickly.

  Replacing leaking bath tap

  Extremely positive experience. The technician (David) did an amazing job. Fixed the issue and left all tidy and clean. While other tradespeople gave me a variable quote (due to limited access and potential removal or toilet, etc.) Plumbing Correct told me immediately what would cost, and kept their word. Very happy customer.

  Great service and reliability. I was told if the issue persists to call back - which it did and prompt action was taken to quickly resolve the leak. Very happy with the service, communication and value.
