Two pieces of work being done: flushing toilet that required siphon replacement and stopping dripping mains. My availability was well accommodated and I was kept informed about arrival time. Shoes covered when entering home that’s been much appreciated. A bit pricy but for the convenience and timely response made is worthwhile. Thanks for the work. A tricky flusher repair behind a concealed cistern that two other plumbers had ghosted me on and out into the “too difficult” category, Macaulay was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and returned with exactly the right parts within no time at all there and then on the day. Fitted perfectly and problem solved. Also he was very pleasant and nice to chat to and conscientiously turned up with shoe coverings.
