  Toilet flushing and mains dripping

  Two pieces of work being done: flushing toilet that required siphon replacement and stopping dripping mains. My availability was well accommodated and I was kept informed about arrival time. Shoes covered when entering home that’s been much appreciated. A bit pricy but for the convenience and timely response made is worthwhile. Thanks for the work. I would recommend them and would use them again.

  Replacing flusher in toilet

  A tricky flusher repair behind a concealed cistern that two other plumbers had ghosted me on and out into the “too difficult” category, Macaulay was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and returned with exactly the right parts within no time at all there and then on the day. Fitted perfectly and problem solved. Also he was very pleasant and nice to chat to and conscientiously turned up with shoe coverings. I would definitely use Macaulay again.

  Replaced taps on sink in the bathroom.

  My bathroom is extremely old and it was very hard to remove the taps. Macauley really took his time to do the job properly and stayed to wait and see that the water tank etc had filled up and no problems as it is a very old system Brillant job done

  Washing machine leak

  Excellent work carried out in an emergency. Identified the problem very quickly and replaced the faulty parts on the washing machine fixing the leak. While on-site, at request, changed the leaky tap too. Great communication and great value. Very polite service which goes a long way with me. Don't waste time hiring any one else, highly recommended. Superb!
