I expected Macaulay Crook to install the boiler for me, but he subcontracted to someone else without prior notice which was misleading. They left boiler pressure problem on the day of completion and demanded £180 call out charge up front payments to solve the problem. Unbelievable company. The water pressure cannot be topped up straight after installation.

This job was easy to arrange and the plumber was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and he carried the necessary parts in his van, which was very handy.

The quote was fair, arrival prompt, and the job very professionally done. Thank you also for being a nice person to have around and explaining things clearly to me.

Not much to say except they were amazing. they took out the old boiler fitted the new one cleaned up and made me a custom video to keep in case I forgot how to use the boilers many functions. Cant say a bad word about them and would definitely recommend

Macaulay did an absolutely fantastic job! Communication was great. We fixed a time - he told me he was running a little late, and then went beyond when I didn't have the correct part. He is now number one on my speed dial. Thank you so much for a decent job and wonderful service!

Macaulay was very efficient in his work. He contacted me for some more details on what my issue was and told me what needed to be done. He came next day, sorted out my issue no problems and now i’m one happy customer. Will happily use again in future if needed
