New boiler installation.

It was a slightly complex job and some of the detail I received from other tradesmen did not fill me with confidence. However Jack clearly knows his stuff and arrived at a good solution after presenting me with two options. I selected Jack initially because of the quantity and quality of his reviews. Jack took ownership of the job and liaised directly with my tenant, which was a great help. He also kept me fully apprised of progress which was helpful as I live 200 miles away from the flat.

Emergency Gas Repair

We had all the gas turned off due to a leak. Jack was available and was at the house within 30 minutes. He made sure to show me where the leak was, explain why it happened and put in additional protection to make sure it did not happen again. He was happy to give an idea of cost once I explained the job and stayed within that price. I cannot recommend him enough, honest, transparent and reassuring from start to finish. Thanks for dropping everything mate

Really pleased with the boiler installation. Jack settled any queries I had from the moment I rang him. His work is tidy, professional and seamless, causing no issues and disturbance with my tenants! Extremely happy with the work and I would highly recommend to anybody.
