Called to investigate a leak in my boiler, I didn't leave a message and he still called me back to check why I was calling. Was able to pop by at the end of his day, turns out he's local to me so that's handy. Investigated my issue and was able to show me what had gone wrong and some options to fix, didn't charge for that. Was able to get a new boiler and accessories for it quickly and arranged for it to be installed on a Saturday. Was friendly and courteous of my home and did a great job of installing the boiler and giving me all the information needed to care for it. Would use again

I had a new radiator installed and my boiler serviced by Plumbing&gas4u , and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer was punctual, professional, and really knew their stuff. The radiator installation was done neatly, with perfect pipework and no mess left behind. During the boiler service, everything was explained clearly, and I was given helpful advice on keeping the system running efficiently. Jack Jones picked up the job from Checkatrade within a couple of hours. Our boiler had broken, so he came around and did a temporary fix. Gave some good advice on what to get/ spend, provided 2 quotes to cover budget and branded boilers. Within 2 days of taking the job, he was round to do the fitting. Not something that needs doing often, so when it does, it was good to have a guy who was very friendly, timely and provided an excellent service. I would genuinely recommend.
