When our old Boiler stopped working we advertised it on Checkatrade. Derwal replied within 30 minutes and offered to be at our house that evening. Derwal was extremely polite and professional. He was able to explain to us exactly what was wrong with the boiler and why he recommended we replace it rather than repair it. He gave us a quote for a new boiler within 24hrs. I would highly recommend Derwal to anyone.

Had a water leak in the kitchen… the plumber was with us within the hour. He was so incredibly polite and nothing was too much trouble. His work was so neat and he cleaned up after himself well too. Would definitely recommend and would call on his services again should I need to.

Derwal responded quickly and communicated well with us when we called for an urgent job. In addition, he did a great job of updating our boiler pressure system so it can be topped up quickly and reliably in the future (note: our boiler is in the attic as with many UK terrace houses) - the quality of work was solid. The great news is the pressure is now stable and our central heating is working again, however, we are still without hot water and have had to file for another tradesperson to come out urgently and resolve.

Derval responded almost immediately when I sent the request through Checkatrade that we needed help with a leak from our Underfloor Heating pump. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arranged to fix a replacement pump as soon as one was available for collection from the plumbers merchant as unfortunately our old pump was not fixable. He was excellent at communicating with us on progress for when he could arrive and the job was completed as agreed. Derval took care and left the area clean and tidy when the job was finished. We would absolutely recommend Derval.

Pipe burst under my sink on a Sunday evening. Fast response, at my house in 40 mins. Issue sorted promptly, very professional and a great job done. Cost in line with what this website suggests to expect for emergency call out and the fault seen.

Our oil boiler stopped working and we could smell oil so we needed to get someone round urgently. Dervql was very responsive, came round that morning and got to the bottom of the issue. We’re very grateful for his expertise and guidance.
