Excellent service from start to finish! Joe came out promptly to repair my radiator and quickly diagnosed the issue with confidence and professionalism. He later returned to carry out a full service and installed a filter to help prolong the boiler’s life. His work was thorough, tidy, and clearly explained. I had the sewer smell in the bathroom on and off for four months . I had it investigated by four other professionals who didn’t identify the cause . I knew Joe from when he did an excellent job fiting a new shower, kitchen sink and tiling . I asked Joe for his professional opinion as I trust his advice . He immediately identified the cause of the smell coming from a vent. Joe did an excellent and professional job of fixing it. Joe was extremely professional . He completed a thorough investigation of our boiler ,remedied the issue and also checked over the health of the system.He explained the work thoroughly and cleaned up after himself.Excellent job completed and all costs were explained up front ( exactly as what was quoted).
